3.1 How to OrderOrders can be placed directly through our website. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

3.2 Payment MethodWe currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method. Payment is made in cash to the courier upon receipt of the product.

4. Shipping and DeliveryWe deliver across all European Union countries. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Right of WithdrawalAs per European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. This right applies to all products, including those purchased at a discounted or sale price. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service via email atinfo@finaticalgear.comwith your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for returning the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

6. Refund PolicyRefunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original customer via bank transfer or other agreed-upon method. Products must be returned in unused and original condition. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product is damaged or not returned in its original state.

7. Warranties and LiabilityProducts sold on finaticalgear are covered by the legal warranty of conformity for two years as per EU Directive 1999/44/EC. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages caused by product misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights granted to European Union consumers under the laws of their country of residence.
